This site is brought to you by Beneficial
Homeowners Association and is intended to improve
communication between BHA (Beneficial Homeowners Association)
Members, BHA Board Members, as well as other Committees within
the Association pertinent to the safety and well-being of each
homeowner. It also allows communication which is the gateway
to success of a well-kept neighborhood.
In addition, Members can now view our
Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs); have access to
BHA’s contact information or send comments or questions
through an email link. Simply fill out the form that comes up
when you click “email us”. This form is anonymous but still
allows you to share your thoughts or concerns with the Board.
This bridge will connect our Members, Board
Members and other Committees within the Board to communicate.
We will do our best to keep the lines of
communication open with you via our website. We hope that you
