Retailers
Our neighborhood has a variety of amenities.
We have a local church sitting at the bottom of Lakeland Hills
Way and A Street SE; Several local shopping places – one at
the top of Lakeland Hills Way and Lake Tapps Parkway. This
area has a Top Foods and several other retail shops and
medical/dental clinics and sitting on A Street SE and
Ellingston Drive (just at the bottom of the Hill from
Lakeland) we have Albertson Foods as well as other retail
shops, just to name a few.
Churches
The church pictured below is the "Family Life
Center." It is in close proximity to the homes at Lakeland
Hills. It is just one of many churches to choose from.

Parks
We have beautiful parks in the neighborhood for you and your
family to enjoy. There is the Lakeland Hills Park (located on
Evergreen Way and Olive Way SE), just at the top of Lakeland
Hills Way, Sunset Park where its name was initiated for the
beautiful view of the sunset during early evening hours, Mill
Pond Park, Roegner Park (located next to Riverside High
school) and our newest park, Dorothy Bothell (next to the
Lakeland Community Center).

Schools
Auburn, Washington has one of the best K-12 school systems in
the country. Their mission is excellence and the standards of
their education system is upscale and success driven.
Our local elementary schools include Ilalko Elementary
(located at the bottom of Lakeland Hills Way and A Street SE);
Lakeland Hills Elementary (located towards the top of Lakeland
Hills Way directly on Lakeland itself); Mt. Baker Middle
School located on 37th Street SE and Auburn
Riverside High School, located at the bottom of the hill on
Oravetz Road and Mill Pond Drive SE.

City of Auburn

100 years the city of Auburn has been providing visitors and
residents with the opportunity to discover why this town is
